Welcome to the 4th, 5th, 129th and 190th Scouting Ireland Group Tolka County.
Scouting Ireland is a multi-denominational, co-educational, youth based association with a membership close to 40,000 across the island of Ireland and is affiliated to the World Organisation of Scout Movement.
Navan Road Scout Group is comprised of boys and girls aged 6 to late teens, Beavers are aged 6 to 8 years, Cubs are aged 9 to 11 and Scouts are 12 and upwards). Beavers meet once weekly on Tuesdays. We have two Cub packs one meets once weekly on Tuesdays and the other once weekly on Wednesdays. Scouts meet once weekly on Wednesdays.
The aim of Scouting is to develop young people's character as well as their social, physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual abilities and well being. This is achieved through individual and group activities and the merit system
